Facúltase a la empresa "Ferrominera S.A.", para establecer su domicilio legal y sede administrativa en las ciudades de Santa Marta o Cartagena si la planta industrial se ubicara en definitiva en la capital del Departamento del Magdalena o en la capital de Bolívar.
