Transitorio. Transferencia de bienes, derechos y obligaciones: La Red de Solidaridad Social transferirá al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, con destino al Fondo del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Alternativo y al Fondo de Programas Especiales para la Paz, los bienes, derechos y obligaciones adquiridos por la Red de Solidaridad Social, en el marco del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Alternativo y los Programas Especiales para la Paz, mediante acta que suscribirán los representantes legales de las dos entidades.
