Cuando algún usuario del transporte público profiera expresiones injuriosas o groseras, promueva riñas o cause cualquier molestia a los demás pasajeros, el conductor detendrá la marcha y dará aviso a la autoridad policiva más cercana para que obligue al perturbador a abandonar el vehículo, sin perjuicio de las sanciones a que haya lugar.
