Los ciudadanos inscritos en el Escalafón de Antiguos Militares, que no hubieren recibido aún la recompensa señalada por el artículo 1° de la Ley 7ª de 1938, tendrán derecho a un año de sueldo que les correspondiere, según su grado, como si estuvieren en servicio activo en 1938, sin descontarles el quince por ciento (15%) a que se refiere el artículo 2° de la misma Ley.
