Se entiende por aprendices u operarios las personas que practiquen en las farmacias para adquirir habilidad y conocimiento en el ramo, aun cuando no hayan seguido estudios especiales en la materia. Estos deben tener las siguientes condiciones: 1° Haber cumplido a lo menos quince años de edad. 2° Registrar su nombre en la Dirección Nacional o Departamental de Higiene, según el caso. 3° Presentar certificados de buena salud y de buena conducta. 4° Acreditar que poseen instrucción primaria suficiente.
