°. Limitación a desembolsos para atención humanitaria. En el evento que la entidad receptora no haya efectuado la legalización de por lo menos el 80% de un giro, en el siguiente giro por el mismo concepto del gasto o categoría, sólo se autorizará el 50% del valor de la solicitud. Si la citada entidad no ha efectuado la legalización de por lo menos el 80% de dos giros consecutivos por el mismo concepto, para el siguiente se autorizará solo el 30% del valor de la solicitud efectuada por el mismo concepto del gasto o categoría.
