ARTICULO 2.3.1.42.- PRUEBA DE LA CALIDAD DE TENEDOR. Para participar en las asambleas, los tenedores deberán exhibir los títulos, salvo que éstos sean nominativos, caso en el cual la inscripción en el libro correspondiente constituye prueba suficiente de su carácter.
