La comunicación del Gerente o agente de la Caja para la inscripción de un endoso o traspaso conforme al artículo 27 de la Ley precitada, deberá contener el nombre del deudor, el del cedente, la determinación clara del crédito y garantía materia de la cesión. Dicha comunicación será suscrita también por el cedente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
