° Los automóviles que reciba el Departamento de Provisiones en buen estado de servicio se reservarán para reemplazar o sustituír los que fueren deteriorándose; y los que por su notorio mal estado no puedan prestar servicio alguno, se aprovecharán para tomar de ellos los repuestos utilizables para las reparaciones de los que queden en uso.
