REQUISITOS ESPECÍFICOS DE LA FACTURA PARA LOS RESPONSABLES DEL IMPUESTO A LAS VENTAS. Además de los requisitos enumerados en el artículo anterior, las facturas expedidas por los responsables deberán contener la discriminación del correspondiente impuesto sobre las ventas, cuando el enajenante sea un responsable del régimen común y el adquirente de los bienes o de la prestación del servicio sea un responsable y así lo solicite al vendedor. En estos casos, se identificará al adquirente.
