Inspección, control y vigilancia . Para efectos de ejercer las funciones de vigilancia, inspección y control del juego de loterías, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud o la entidad que haga sus veces diseñará y aplicará procedimientos de evaluación y supervisión técnica, necesarios para realizar el seguimiento al cumplimiento de las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto.
