LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.8.5. Tripulación Independiente. Cuando por razones del tamaño de la nave pesquera, la clase de navegación que efectúe, o las características técnicas de la maquinaria o de los equipos instalados a bordo, sea necesaria una tripulación independiente para atender la navegación, esta estará constituida por personal de pesca o del transporte comercial marítimo, de la categoría correspondiente.
