Artículo duodécimo. Este Decreto rige a partir del 1º de enero de mil novecientos sesenta y seis, y suspende todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. La integración de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud se hará en forma progresiva, de acuerdo con las decisiones que tome el Ministerio de Salud Pública, y mientras se verifica, los Servicios seguirán funcionando de conformidad con el régimen provisional que señale dicho Ministerio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
