Concédese del Tesoro público una pensión de cuarenta pesos ($

40) á cada una de las Srtas. María Antonia y Marta Josefa Borrero, hijas solteras del Prócer de la Independencia Dr. Vicente Borrero y Costa. La suma necesaria para dar cumplimiento á esta ley se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de Gastos.
