Consumo de gas natural por productores. El productor o productor-comercializador declarará en los términos previstos en el artículo siguiente las cantidades diarias promedio mes de gas natural, medidas en GBTUD, de las que sea propietario y que sean destinadas para su propio consumo.

Parágrafo

Si las cantidades de gas natural declaradas en este artículo llegaran a ser ofrecidas para la venta por el productor o por el productor-comercializador, total o parcialmente, estas se someterán a los mecanismos y procedimientos de comercialización de que trata el artículo 2.2.2.2.24 de este Decreto.
