ARTICULO 196. Perturbación de los servicio de comunicaciones, energía y de combustibles. El que dañe obras u otros elementos destinados a comunicaciones telefónicas, telegráficas, radiales o similares, o a la producción y conducción de energía o combustible, o a su almacenamiento, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a cuatro (4) años y multa de un mil a cincuenta mil pesos.
