Las infracciones a la Ley 61 de 1939 y a este Decreto, con excepción de los artículos 13 a 15, se castigarán conforme al artículo 7º de la Ley 12 de 1936, y por conducto del Departamento Nacional del Trabajo, con multas de cincuenta hasta quinientos pesos ($50 hasta $500).
