º El personal de soldados voluntarios estará sujeto a las disposiciones legales vigentes relativas al personal de soldados que preste el Servicio Militar obligatorio bajo banderas, y las prestaciones sociales serán las determinadas en el Decreto-Ley 2728 de 1968 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen y adicionen.
