ARTICULO I

Institución del Organismo

Las partes en el presente Estatuto instituyen un Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica (que en el presente texto se denominará en adelante "el Organismo"), de conformidad con las disposiciones y condiciones establecidas a continuación.
