La ejecución de los actos y obras que el Gobierno realice de acuerdo con las facultades que se le otorgan en esta Ley, constituyen grandes motivos de utilidad pública e interés social, al tenor del artículo 26 de la Constitución, para decretar expropiaciones y constituir servidumbres, mediante sentencia judicial e indemnización previa, en relación con bienes muebles o inmuebles destinados o vinculados al cultivo del banano, para los fines de esta Ley.
