° Esta banda se compondrá de 48 músicos que serán propuestos por el Jefe de ella, a la Secretaría de Guerra i Marina, la cual dará su aprobacion a cada uno de los individuos que la compongan, de acuerdo con las propuestas del Jefe i con las necesidades del Tesoro público.
