Reunión y quórum . La Comisión Intersectorial de Gestión de las Estadísticas Vitales se reunirá en la ciudad de Bogotá, cuando menos dos veces al año, por convocatoria del Director del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, o de su delegado. La Comisión se reunirá válidamente cuando concurran al menos seis de sus miembros. Las decisiones y recomendaciones se adoptarán por mayoría simple de los asistentes.
