Decreto 982 de 1947 · Por el cual se dictan algunas disposiciones sobre el control en la distribución y venta del azúcar

Artículo tercero. Todas las personas naturales o jurídicas que no se encuentren en los casos contemplados por el artículo anterior y que produzcan azúcar en ingenios propios o ajenos, así como también todas las personas que hayan comprado la producción futura de algún ingenio, únicamente podrán venderla a las personas autorizadas.

Parágrafo

Esta disposición se refiere al total de la producción, bien sea obtenida con cañas propias o con cañas adquiridas de terceros o en su caso, a las existencias del género.
