Parágrafo 1

del artículo 16 del Decreto 841 de 1998, quedará así:

Parágrafo 1

Para efectos del presente artículo, se tendrá en cuenta la antigüedad de los aportes voluntarios efectuados con anterioridad a la vigencia del Decreto 841 de 1998 y con posterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del artículo 28 de la Ley 383 de 1997, que estableció el término de cinco (5) años de permanencia de los aportes para tener derecho a la exención allí consagrada.
