Ley 50 de 1886 · que fija reglas generales sobre concesión de pensiones y jubilaciones

Queda revocada toda pensión gratuita en los casos siguientes: observa conducta notoriamente inmoral;

2°. Si toma armas contra el Gobierno;

3°. Si tiene un capital libre de diez mil pesos.

Corresponde al Gobierno declarar la cesación dela gracia por los motivos mencionados.
