Artículo 2°. A partir de la entrada en vigencia del artículo 63 de la Ley 1429 de 2010, las instituciones o empresas públicas y/o privadas no podrán contratar procesos o actividades misionales permanentes con Cooperativas o Precooperativas de Trabajo Asociado.
