El Interventor Visitador de explotaciones petrolíferas visitara cuando lo crea oportuno las oficinas que tengan a su cargo negocios o trabajos relacionados con exploración o explotación de hidrocarburos y oleoductos cuyos jefes tienen obligación de darle todos los datos yerbales y escritos que él les pida. De las diligencias que haga y de las irregularidades que note dará cuenta al Congreso en el informe que le corresponde rendir cada año.
