Para celebrar el recuerdo de este acontecimiento histórico, el Gobierno Nacional podrá proponer la apropiación de los recursos en la ley de presupuesto del año inmediatamente siguiente a la aprobación de esta Ley, dentro del proyecto respectivo y de acuerdo con el programa que corresponda según su naturaleza, para adelantar obras de competencia del Gobierno Nacional.
