Cuando al iniciarse la audiencia faltare alguno de los tres Jurados Principales serán reemplazados por el suplente o los suplentes siguiendo el orden de extracción de las fichas. El Jurado con el cual se inicie la audiencia actuará hasta la terminación de ella.
