° El Poder Ejecutivo similará a los militares los empleados civiles, para el efecto de decretar las pensiones. Dicha asimiacion se hará por el sueldo que disfrutaba el empleado civil en correspondencia con el empleo militar de igual dotacion, o al cual se aproxime.
