Artículo único. Concedese a la señora María Josefa Plaza i Moráles de Vernaza una pension vitalicia de sesenta pesos mensuales, pagadera del Tesoro nacional en los mismos términos en que se pagan las pensiones de otros huérfanos de los próceres i mártires de la Independencia de la Patria, en cuya categoría se halla dicha señora.
