Art. 1°. Destínase permanentemente del Tesoro nacional la suma de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) anuales para el sostenimiento de las misiones católicas del Caquetá, establecidas por Su Señoría el Obispo de la Diócesis de Pasto. La suma expresada será remitida por duodécimas partes a Su Señoría el expresado Obispo, por el Administrador de la Aduana de Tumaco.
