Emisión de la billetería . Las entidades administradoras u operadoras del juego de lotería podrán emitir la billetería en forma preimpresa y/o sistematizada. Cuando la emisión se realice en forma sistematizada esta deberá ser dispuesta en línea y en tiempo real. En la emisión, impresión, circulación, venta y devolución de billetería, las entidades administradoras u operadoras del juego de lotería tradicional podrán hacer uso de diversos medios, aplicaciones, recursos e innovaciones tecnológicas para la venta o colocación de la billetería preimpresa o sistematizada, garantizando en todo caso evidencia física para el apostador.
