Para los efectos del artículo anterior, toda demanda de expropiación deberá ser inscrita en la respectiva Oficina de instrumentos públicos; y es obligación del Registrador poner en conocimiento del Juez de la causa cualquier acto de mutación o limitación posterior a la fecha de inscripción y que se refiera al inmueble objeto del juicio.
