Divulgación. El Gobierno Nacional, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Transporte, el Instituto Nacional para Ciegos, INCI, y el Instituto para Sordos, INSOR, o quienes hagan sus veces, garantizarán la difusión de las normas sobre la materia entre las personas con discapacidad y la ciudadanía en general.
