La presente ley tiene por objeto establecer beneficios tributarios para las personas naturales y jurídicas que realicen donaciones a programas de becas que financien la formación de quienes ingresen a la Fuerza Pública y aquellos alumnos que, una vez ya vinculados a los programas, cumplan con las exigencias académicas y apliquen al programa de becas.
