TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo doce. Los contratos celebrados por el Alcalde Mayor, cuyo valor no exceda de cien mil pesos, quedarán en firme una vez publicados.

Cuando los haya celebrado en virtud de autorización, y su valor sea o exceda de treinta mil pesos, deberán remitirse, una vez cumplidas las formalidades respectivas, al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, para que éste decida si están o no ajustados a tales autorizaciones.

Parágrafo

En el examen y decisión de los contratos se observarán, en cuanto fueren pertinentes, las disposiciones del Capítulo XXI de la Ley 167 de 1941.
