Para efectos de la sensibilización y socialización de la cultura de la seguridad social, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, adoptará el documento denominado "plan de la Cultura de la Seguridad Social en Colombia" , el cual se articulará como componente del sector en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo y constituirá el referente para la realización de la Jornada Nacional por una Cultura de Seguridad Social.
