ARTICULO 153 . Deben constar por escrito los contratos cuya cuantía sea o exceda de cien (100) salarios mínimos legales mensuales. Los contratos de cuantía inferior solo requieren de resolución de reconocimiento y pago, y de la constitución de las garantías que a juicio de la entidad se consideren necesarias para su cumplimiento y debida ejecución.
