Copias de los registros del estado civil. Las copias de los registros del estado civil que expida la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil mediante medio magnético y óptico, tendrán pleno valor probatorio. El valor de las mismas será asumido por el ciudadano teniendo en cuenta la tasa que fije anualmente el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil.
