El Gobierno Nacional podrá ordenar a las entidades del sector energético del orden nacional y a otras entidades públicas nacionales, previo concepto del Conpes, efectuar inversiones en títulos valores emitidos por la Financiera Energética Nacional, en las condiciones financieras de los títulos valores emitidos para captar ahorro privado, y se regirán por lo establecido en el parágrafo del artículo 3° de esta Ley.
