Adiciónase el artículo 141 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, con el siguiente

Parágrafo

No se exigirá la exportación de la mercancía averiada, defectuosa o impropia para el fin para el cual fue importada, cuando se autorice su destrucción por la autoridad aduanera o se acepte su abandono voluntario".
