Créase en la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio el Registro de Autopartes de Producción Nacional, en el cual deberán inscribirse las empresas productoras y las piezas o partes locales que cumplan con el porcentaje señalado en el artículo séptimo. La determinación de lo relativo a su organización y funcionamiento corresponderá al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico.
