Tiempo de mando y embarco. El tiempo de mando previsto en los artículos 36, 37, 38, 40, 41 y 42 del Decreto 2337 de 1971, se cumplirá desde el momento en que el Oficial haga su presentación en la respectiva unidad. El tiempo de embarco de que trata el artículo 39 de dicho Decreto se cumplirá, cuando el Oficial preste sus servicios a bordo de buques operativos incorporados a una Fuerza Naval. En ningún caso los lapsos prestados en buques retirados del servicio, o en plan de desactivación, podrán computarse como tiempo de embarco.
