° El Poder Ejecutivo dictará los Estatutos generales de los Colegios y Facultades Departamentales de que trata esta Ley, y ejercerá la alta inspección de tales Establecimientos. á los Gobiernos Departamentales corresponderá la dirección inmediata sobre las bases de los Estatutos dictados por el Gobierno Nacional y bajo las indicaciones del Ministerio del Ramo.
