Créanse sendos Juzgados Promiscuos Municipales en los Municipios de La Virginia y La Celia, en el Departamento de Caldas, que funcionarán con el personal y las asignaciones establecidos para los de igual categoría.

Parágrafo

Los Juzgados Municipales de Belalcázar y Santuario, procederán a enviar inmediatamente a los Juzgados Municipales que se crean por medio del presente artículo, todos los asuntos civiles y penales en curso de que conocen por razón de territorio.
