Propiedad de los bienes. Los bienes que sean adquiridos con los recursos públicos con los que se financien los contratos de administración del servicio educativo, serán de propiedad del ente territorial respectivo. Para tal efecto, las partes deberán realizar un inventario en el que se incluya la totalidad de tales bienes a más tardar en los dos (2) primeros meses de cada año calendario, manteniéndolo permanentemente actualizado.
