Artículo sexto. A partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto, la dependencia del Ministerio de educación Nacional denominada Instituto Nacional de Capacitación y Perfeccionamiento del Magisterio de Enseñanza Primaria en Servicio (ICADELMA), hará parte de la universidad Pedagógica Nacional, Bogotá, y continuará desarrollando sus programas y servicios de conformidad con las disposiciones emanadas del Consejo Directivo de la Universidad.
