Trata de personas. El que promueva, induzca, constriña o facilite la entrada o salida del país de una persona, para que ejerza la prostitución, incurrirá en prisión de dos (2) a seis (6) años y multa equivalente a multiplicar por una cantidad de setenta y cinco (75) a setecientos cincuenta (750) el valor del salario mínimo legal mensual vigente.
