Ocupar preferencialmente a solicitud propia y dentro de la misma circunscripción política o administrativa 4. Participar en cursos de capacitación y adiestramiento, capacitación y adiestramiento, en los programas de bienestar social general y en las becas que se organicen por las autoridades competentes; 5. Ser confirmado al vencimiento de cada periodo
